"Please keep in mind there are two Modells, this one which has more of a selection of sportswear and clothing and another one with less of a selection. I suggest coming to this one because there are 3 floors to choose from and they have kind and patient staff and it's almost spotless, I suggest coming to this one and not the other one nearby."

"I came here looking for a hat. I'm not the type to ask for help. One of the kindest and sweetest sales ladies not only helped me, she went through 4 different hats and their respective styles to get the right fit for my head. I've never had a hat that fit right. WHO DOES THAT. My faith in humanity is restored. Promote her please! She's wonderful! She deserves a raise!"

"Horrible service, always messy, and the cashiers talk very unprofessional. Used profanity and didn't acknowledge me on the line. Then ringed me up with an attitude. None of the workers came to help me as they seen me struggling for a shirt on the higher racks. They looked at me and continued chatting with each other. Never again. If I could've rated 0 stars I would've."
