"I spent 75 dollars here to force myself to go to the gym it worked but I over did it and couldn't unbend my arms for 3 days lol! Still! Modell's is and always has been AWESOME! The staff was great and the lady at the entrance was super cool!!"

"Dreadful customer service. Went in there today at around 2:30PM. Was looking for trail shoes for my son. There was literally no one else up there. So there's this young man who does not greet us when we approach him. Then he just answers questions with the bare minimum response. No interest at all in helping us. Finally I get him to bring us a pair of shoes. Then he just sets them there and walks away just to stand around doing nothing. He should have stayed with us and asked questions such as "How do those fit?" "Do you want to walk around a bit to see if they work?" You know, just the BARE MINIMUM that a salesman is expected to do. But no, nothing. He just stood there about 20 feet from us doing NOTHING. The funny thing is that the shoes actually worked but I refuse to reward poor service with a sale. I'll just get the same thing from Amazon and call it a day."

"I enjoy going to this modells. Its located right by the 6 and E train so it's easy to get to. Multiple floors offering a varied selection of sporting goods. They also seem to run promotions very often so always good to pop by often. Customers service is good too."

"Excellent service from the moment I was greeted at the door. The employee asked if he could direct me, which was very helpful and saved me from having to guess or wander around. After I completed my purchase, I noticed that the same greeter directed another customer upstairs and also called the associate upstairs so the associate was already aware of what the customers on the way needed. Now that's great service! Also there is an elevator in addition to the stairs."
