"Always good selection of sporting goods at reasonable prices, we always hit the sale each time. You can collect points with every purchase and get 20$ off your next , plus combine with coupons. Manager is extra nice and very organized, it would be helpful they hire more people at this location especially in equipment and sneakers department to assist customers with selection. Nice/ more ventilated dress rooms would be preferable as well."

"They have a bunch of after Christmas sales right now. As I wondered through the store there was actually a sales person on the floor, who asked if I needed help. I loved that. A bunch of employees gathered at the front register engaged in conversation, which I wasn't a fan of. Overall experience was good though."

"I visited on Brown Thursday which is known aa Thanksgiving day. The pricea were outstanding and the store was empty so i took advantage of the opportunity and the merchandise. The sales people were help and friendly as always. Very pleased with my shopping experience. Way to go Modell's at West 98 Street & Columbus Avenue."

"Every time I've come here the staff has been excellent and amazing. They are knowledgeable and work on making sure your experience is quick and effortless. The store is always clean and organized. I've been to other modell's and endured dismal customer service. Some of the other stores may have better floor plans but to me, this is the place to go for a great and amazing customer experience."
