"The in store experience was fine, but my shirt sleeve unraveled after one use. When I reached out to the store to get the items swapped out for a non-defective shirt, they were orignally helpful giving me an email to reach out to resolve the issue since I am not local to NYC, but after months of phone calls and follow up emails I have received no response and have been ghosted. While it may look like a cool store at first, do not shop here as the underlying quality is very poor and the customer service is extemely disappointing."

"Very cool store and a must-see for any baseball fan. They have tons of apparel from every team and a surprisingly wide selection of game-used memorabilia. The staff were great. One employee even tracked down a hat I was looking for that wasn’t out on the floor yet. Go Jays!"

"Very good 👍 but I was looking for something 🤔 that they sent me an email and they said we don't have that ( a MLB cap ) false advertising. I did buy something else instead. Very disappointed 😞"

"Fantastic store. Is quite pricey and the selection is good. They had a handful of items from the minor league so worth to check it. The staff is friendly and the store is in two floors."

"If you’re a baseball enthusiast, this is your paradise. You’ll find an extensive selection of everything. The staff is incredibly helpful and will go the extra mile to assist you in finding what you’re looking for. However, be prepared to spend a significant amount of money. The prices aren’t exactly affordable for the average Joe. While there are some items on sale, define the quality and authenticity of the products are unmatched."
