"I’m a neighbor; a local. Every time I’ve popped into this store to check out their clothes, I’m met with cold stares and icy words about handing them items if I want to try something on. It feels predatory and often as if I’m being singled out for not being white. The surveillance is over the top and targeted towards people of color. To add, the clothes suck. They’re bland, beige, and boring. Learn hospitality."

"the style curation is nice and consistent if you do not like digging through a stuffed and varied thrift store. However, the sizing is consistently xs-m/0-6 (maybe 8s?). If you are above a medium, you likely will not find any clothes that fit here. i will not be coming in here anymore though on the off chance they have something in the L/XL range or for accessories due to the awful/unfriendly customer service. ive never been greeted/asked if i need any assistance etc. when i come in here. I was in a few days ago and again, no greeting when i came in and when i left i said bye, thank you, and the person at the desk ignored me and was sucked into whatever they were doing on the ipad/laptop. ***EDIT*** For some reason I decided to stop in here again and am happy to say I had a better experience. I was actually greeted, noticed more in the 8-12 size range (still could improve but sadly this is pretty typical), and asked if I needed help/wanted a fitting room. Low bar, but nice to see some change!"

"What a gem!! Just bought a gorgeous silk blouse in beautiful condition and reasonably priced. Very helpful staff too! Every item in stock seems to compliment the rest, like you could put together a thousand outfits here with accessories and all. Definitely going back to see what else I can find!"
