"I’ve shopped and consigned at Michael’s since they were in the walk up. Quality and service have always been fabulous. I stopped by today to check out a Missoni piece featured on their website and had an awful experience. None of the staff I know were there, instead there were two women who seemed completely oblivious to me. Eventually I asked one of them to see the piece. It was in ragged shape with snags in the fabric. When I pointed this out, I was told that “this is how Missoni wears”. I own many Missoni pieces in excellent shape. This should not have been accepted by Michael’s. There was no offer of help and not even goodbye as I walked out. So disappointing and left me very unlikely to return."
