"I am absolutely furious about my experience here. The glowing reviews led me to expect superior, careful craftsmanship, yet what I received was shockingly careless and negligent. My husband’s $500 loafers were shoved haphazardly into a filthy stack of other people’s shoes, which was my first sign that quality and respect were not priorities. But what they did to my Chanel ballet flats completely butchered them. They were a gorgeous cherry red originally, and when I asked about touching up a few scuffs, I was confidently assured it would be “no problem.” Instead, they were returned to me smeared in an absurdly bright orange paint. Not only was the color completely mismatched, the job itself was sloppy, amateur, and streaky - you can literally see the original red peeking through the mess. To make matters worse, I also paid $75 to have the sole replaced, and they didn’t even bother to fix the heel. I was charged a premium for careless, disrespectful workmanship that has permanently damaged shoes I cared about. I strongly urge anyone reading this to think twice before trusting this place with anything of value."

"it took almost 4 months for my boots to be completed…my original pickup date was 12/16. i consistently went back to get them, each time they told me they weren’t ready and to come back in 2 weeks or a week or on Saturday but every time I went back they were still unfinished. owners are very sweet, so i really didn’t want to say anything. i was expecting a big discount because it literally took 4 months longer than my original quote - and the woman offered me a $5 discount, and wouldn’t return my items without full payment. i think i paid around $125 to have my boots and a pair of flats resoled. I got the flats back when promised and they were in good condition but the sole has already started to crumble (the photo is probably 5ish wears since getting them back). the boots look good and so i wish i could have had a better experience here. definitely not worth how much i paid, definitely would not have gone here if i knew how long it would have taken, definitely would not recommend this place, definitely will not return."
