"Visited yesterday and I was the only customer there. The staff just sat there and watched me shop. They didn’t speak. I was interested in buying a purse but turned off by the lack of service."

"The shop is sparsely outfitted, but I think that's part of the aesthetic. The clothing and accessories in the shop are beautiful, but service is nonexistent (hardly even a glance in our direction!)."

"After reading all these terrible comments, I am really not surprised! This business does not care about their customers. I was one myself, I had bought expensive jewelry from that store- the service has never been exceptional, but I would go back to support my local store! Since they decided to throw the worst party of the block disturbing the entire street until 2am last Friday with loud rap music and DJ music, invited hundreds of people, I am definitely not interested in supporting such a business. They definitely do not care!"

"this and Pilgrim NY on the lower east side are the two best stores in the 'hood. I love this store. Expertly curated. I also love shopping the lower east side and all the great nightlife. this store carries unique and rarely found designers which makes it wonderfully special. I always love the jewelry here as well. Great store. Excellent service."
