"Idled in the parking lot for about 10 seconds before being accosted by the patronizing and disrespectful owner. When I asked if I could park, the owner stated it was a private lot and there were “two signs when you come in, clear as day”. He then threatened to have my car towed. There is a single sign at the entrance completely covered in graffiti and illegible. There is no sign disclosing the lot owner, the fact it is a private lot, or the possibility of your car being towed (by a private company I assume, courtesy of the owner). Any business they would’ve gotten from me or anyone I know will now be taken elsewhere. Do not deal with this business unless you want to support a power-tripping owner - there are ways to deal with situations like the one mentioned prior, but this owner’s solution would be at the bottom of the list."

"I have never seen anything more terrible than a dissatisfied salesman who is dissatisfied with the fact that customers came to him and asked for some details on the goods, it looks as if he expects that everyone who comes to buy the goods knows every number and every specification of what they need to repair and fully knows the electrical terminology"

"I ordered a 24v pro mariner inverter from them a year ago. Covid slowed the shipping, but it got to me in perfect shape. Working with Dana was a pleasure as he is very knowledgable and to the point. He asks the right questions to ensure you are getting what you need. If you are not use the the New Yorker way of speaking, it might be off putting to some. Just remember that at the end of the day, they did their job correctly in getting me the right stuff. Oh, be patient when calling in since there are so many things happening there in the store and across phone lines."

"Horrible customer service. Salesperson loaded me with useless stuff, assuring me that I can return it for ful refund with no problem. When I brought it back he said that no refund only store credit. I asked about LD bulbs, bright one and sales person brought me dimmed. I asked him return it and exchange and he simply brought me back the same dimmable. I had to return to the and request my credit because they do not have in stock what I need. So in total 3 trips, useless aggrovations to get a 3 simple bulbs?"
