"I love the other location and always buy my bras there I was so happy to find this location on Brighton but I don't ever want to return there again. The Older man at register will definitely insult you! I honestly never had that experience of being insulted while purchasing items from a store. I was left disgusted and so sad since the ladies in the store were so helpful and quick to find the best bra that would me. Customer service is very important! Please learn not to insult your customers so they will want to come back In response to you! I recently had an issue with my interaction at the store, but it wasn't about the discount I was offered. Rather, it was about the tone and comments made during our conversation. When I asked questions about using my card and other matters, I felt belittled and mocked due to cultural or background differences. Your responses came across as dismissive and lacking in customer service understanding I do suggest you Provide staff training on cultural sensitivity and customer service ( since my culture was mentioned in a negative way) Also Foster a more empathetic and understanding environment for customers FYI: the ladies in the store were very helpful the older man at the register is whom I am referring to"

"I am convinced that the negative reviews for the Brighton Beach location are written by incredibly nasty people who could never be satisfied. I’ve been going to this location for YEARS and have never had a bad experience. Not with the quality of the clothing nor the quality of service! The owner is very fair, hardworking, and accommodating. I had a last minute event to attend and needed undergarments for a very “complicated” dress. I texted the owner a photo, and she ordered me exactly what she thought I needed and it ended up fitting perfectly. She has a very good eye, and the one-on-one service is impeccable. If you’re looking for lingerie, undergarments, tights, etc, take this review as your sign to come to this store. This store is always my go-to before my events, and my everyday brassieres. There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for all of the last minute scrambling they go through to ensure I get EXACTLY what I need."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience shopping at Magic Corsets & Lingerie in Brooklyn! I stopped in last minute to help my mom with a purchase and ended up finding something for myself as well. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the salesperson went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. Their attention to detail, patience, and knowledge made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. The store has a fantastic selection and a warm, friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for quality products and amazing service!"

"BEWARE! Owner will call you broke if you don't want to spend 240$ on a bathing suit that looks like it was made in China. He claims they're imported from Europe. I googled the brand Anita they stock, and they're being sold for roughly 1/4 of the price online. Regardless of how much money I make or the price (I am willing to spend good money on a good product), I would never spend a dime in a place where such an unprofessional and bitter person works. My friends and I couldn't help but laugh at how appalling he was."
