"Call someone else if you’re locked out of your apartment. Quick services as mentioned on their website is accurate but “affordable” prices is absolutely not. Unclear if the person who arrived to help me is directly affiliated with M&D or if they outsource after hours to people who vary in legitimacy and pricing. The receipt I was offered did not include any identifying business information. It’s very unfortunate to see a well-reviewed local business take advantage of or enable people to take advantage of someone in a vulnerable situation."

"RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL & EFFICIENT SERVICE I'm a repeat customer of M&D Locks in Brooklyn and continue to be impressed with their service A few years ago, Joey at M&D Locks in Brooklyn did an outstanding job fixing a damaged door for me. He came up with a creative solution using a faceplate and installed a high-security Multi-Lock system. I really valued the extra protection and peace of mind, especially since the key can’t be duplicated without the security card."
