"It's been awhile since I visited this Lowes in Brooklyn .I just needed some plumbing items .I ordered on line and it was ready for pick up.The only thing when I arrived there wasn't anyone at the online check out ,but she finally came and apologized because she was the only one picking up the items and at the checkout.There wasn't a big wait at the other counter checkouts."

"It's fine. Pretty routine Lowe's. They had what I needed and I could get in and out fast. The web site tells you whether your own is in stock, how many units they have and where to find it, which worked great. So 5 stars for the web site."
