"I am very impressed by the honesty of the owner of this business. I had a very bad experience with the locksmith they sent, who charged me an exorbitant amount for opening a lock that was stuck and installing a new one. When Joe saw my negative review he called me and apologized for the ripoff. He explained that they had just hired that guy and that it will be his last job with them. He said he was also shocked by how bad he had ripped me off and explained that he was not aware of the price that other locksmith had charged me. We agreed on a fair price for the work done and he sent me the rest of my money back from his own funds. This is how a business really takes care of its customers. Now I see why they have such great reviews. Highly recommend."

"So Mike the locksmith has helped, bailed me out on two separate occasions. Two because after my first experience with him, I knew I found a truly trustworthy, competent and professional locksmith. In the first, I misplaced my only CBR 300 motorcycle key. After searching around, I was referred to Mike by another locksmith who noted Mike’s specialty with motorcycles. Also what really helped was that when others were charging hundreds of dollars more, Mike made it too easy to go with him, as he was so much more cost effective. We eventually set a date and Mike was there; he went out of his way to go to Queens. He even made me 2 keys with a discount. A few months later, when I am locked out of my Camry, I initially shopped around for prices to get a feel. When I called Mike, he of course had a better rate than all of them. With my past experience with him, I knew he would do a great job. He had other jobs to do earlier in the morning, but he let me know when he was available, so that communication was great. When he got here, he got to work and in less than 30 minutes I had 2 keys. Honestly, I cannot express my gratitude enough and am truly appreciative. I would go with Mike, who can give you a quote on the spot. If you do call the number ask for him so he can get you out of an annoying situation, and then set you on your way. TLDR: Go with Mike, a true craftsman, professional, and best prices around."
