"Words cannot discuss how difficult and mean the lady's of this store are. I have visited a few times during my trips to NYC and now I know why their store is hurting. They call customers liars, argue and hang up on them right in front of me when shopping. When I ask for help or the manager they lie to me and tell me that she is not in store. I WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE. Go spend your money elsewhere on sale associates who care about their customers."
