"I gave Lincoln Terrace Cleaners very expensive and sentimental garments for alternations. My garments were never returned. First they claimed the clothes had been taken to the cleaning facility by mistake, then they claimed the clothes had been stolen. They owner Elton told me he had filed a police report and insurance claim. I was patient. Then after chasing him he told me the insurance claim was denied because the insurance company said he was at fault for leaving the clothes up front. He then said that he wanted to settle with me. He then told me he changed his mind and would not pay for the missing garments — we are talking thousands of dollars here—and that I should go through the court system. When my attorney requested the police report number and insurance claim number, he refused to reply. When I went back to the location and called 911, Elton then admitted to the police that he NEVER FILED A POLICE REPORT. And therefore he never filed an insurance claim. He had been lying for over a month. Beware of this company. They aren’t only thieves, they are liars! More to come as I uncover more lies"
