"Terrible experience. I bought an item that was apparently on sale. I did not know it was discounted. I tried to return it as it did not fit my daughter. The owner told me it's final sale and can't be returned. The final sale status was not listed on the product page and not on my receipt either. Apparently I agreed to the terms of the store when i check out. I just looked at the terms and the refund policy for sale items is listed at the bottom of the terms page. There are 1200 words to read before you get to this policy. Be very wary as this store is not transparent"

"I purchased almost $400 in clothing for my daughter at this store. When I got home I realized one of the skirts (cost $70) had a rip in it. I called immediately but phones at both locations did not work. I emailed but no response. I went to the store to exchange but the salesperson said they did not have authority to exchange and she did not know to get in touch with manager. After several minutes she provided me with a card to get in touch with someone. I texted and no response for 2 days. They did responded and said they do not exchange damaged merchandise. The skirt still has tags attached and has not been worn. It is really upsetting given the amount of money I spent and the poor customer service."

"I love this neighborhood shop, and the owner is a lovely lady! It’s the perfect spot for last-minute gifts, whether for birthdays or holidays. The selection of educational toys is a highlight. I’ll definitely return for my next last-minute shopping spree — which happens often!"

"Wonderful store with a wide variety of high quality clothing and toys for the discerning customer. Great place to find gifts for kids. The owner really cares about how the items are made, so each item is ethically produced, but also not treated with harmful chemicals to keep our kids safe. I love that while there is a vast array of clothes to choose from, they do not carry many items of the same style/color- you’re not going to see the style you purchase worn by many people, keeping it unique and special. The quality is also absolutely amazing and items can be enjoyed for years! Customer service is excellent! They have been very attentive and have been super helpful when I needed to exchange for a different size. So glad there are now 2 stores to make it convenient!"

"Have been here several times to get cute baby clothes for my niece. They always remember me and ask how she's doing, which is really sweet! Also, I want all their clothes in MY SIZE! Especially all the organic cotton leggings (with cats)! Adorable. The crinkle books are my niece's favorite item. Will be back for more as she grows!"
