"I am writing this review with disappointment because the customer experience my wife had today was unacceptable and deserves the lowest possible rating. My wife went in today to shop at your sale. She waited 20 minutes to reach the register. However, when she finally got to the front of the line, the cashier abruptly said she needed to leave to her children. When my wife pointed out that she had already waited 20 minutes and would have to go to the back of the line to wait again, the cashier's response was shocking: "When you shop on sale, you have to be ready to wait long." Instead of offering an apology or a solution, the employee dismissed my wife and effectively blamed her for the store's lack of staffing and poor preparation. A 20-minute wait is too long for any purchase, but the attitude of the cashier is simply unacceptable. Your store should staff more registers when running a major sale. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether they are purchasing a full-priced or a discounted item. This is the lowest level of customer service, and you have earned this one-star review with dignity."

"Beautiful children’s clothing store in Borough Park. First of all, the overall appearance of this store is stunning. It’s always neat and organized and there’s usually someone that’s available to help you. They have a gorgeous collection of clothes each season. Some really unique pieces. I love that they carry sizes from infants to teens. They have the most beautiful baby boutique around. You’ll want to buy everything, as it’s so nicely displayed. All in all, lovely store to shop in."
