"My husband and I are grateful to have bumped into this gem! The owner curates a wonderfully surreal shop of sexy lingerie, fun tights and socks, and a unique assortment of baby clothes! We bought an assortment of fun tights, socks, and other things—but the best part of it all was the owner herself who is chic, funny, and has owned the store for over 2 decades! We look forward to returning back—for socks, of course!"

"Shocked at the experience I had at this store (formerly a neighborhood favorite, I live around the corner). I bought the underwear on Friday, wore them for a few hours and they were completely ripped when I took them off. When I went to replace the in the store, the rudest, most unpleasant and truly worst customer service representative ever refused to give me a new pair, citing that “doesn’t want to lose money from this” (clearly no comprehension of the customer coming first). She was condescending and did nothing to help. She blamed ME for her selling me defective underwear. She was steadfast and now I am down $20 and with brand new ripped underwear. I am absolutely never coming back to this store, and have already been sure to tell every one of my friends in the West Village about this horrible experience. Super beyond disappointed. I was shocked all day after this happened."
