"**DO NOT SHOP HERE** This was one of the worst shopping experiences we’ve ever had. My partner and I found an outfit we both loved for our marriage celebration. We tried it on in-store—the staff were unpleasant and dismissive—but we still decided to order it online because this store was the only place that carried it. After 10 days with no shipping update, we reached out. They claimed they had just shipped it and created a label, but the item still hadn’t left their store. Days had passed by then, and our most recent email had gone unanswered. The day before our celebration, we emailed them again, stating that we would come pick it up in person—otherwise, we would miss the ceremony. We included our phone number and asked them to contact us if there were any issues. (They never answer their phone, which is why we resorted to email.) The next morning, as soon as the store opened, my partner went in to pick up the clothes—only to be told they had shipped it just 30 minutes earlier. Honestly, I would not only avoid shopping here—I also strongly urge any brand to stop partnering with them. They are careless and unprofessional, and absolutely not worth your trust."

"An amazing store everyone was absolutely amazing all the sales associates and security guard. I was allowed to enjoy all of their beautiful clothing and Discover them without being followed all over the store and when I come into some money, I will definitely be bringing it into this store it takes a lot in this town for people to have kindness! Can’t wait to come back! And bring some beautiful pieces home PS don’t be discouraged of their price range. They have an amazing sales selection at reasonable pricing for the unmatched quality"

"Beautiful store, the selection is really well curated. Great to see brands such as Lemaire, The Row & Comme des Garçons. I brought a pair of CDG Homme Plus shorts on sale for over $650 off the retail price; insane & very happy. There was no pressure to purchase but of course, I walked out with something. My only complaint is that I wish items held in store were also held from being sold on the site. I had a coat I wanted to go back & purchase, however 10 minutes before the store opened I received (a very nice) email from customer services informing me the piece had unfortunately been sold. Very disheartening but I should’ve brought it the first time I came in. So just be mindful when reserving items in store. I also wish items on hold would be taken off plastic hangers & placed into nicer ones. Other than that, La Garçonne is the best place to shop in NYC for luxury goods. The staff are very kind & helpful — they also have great taste when it comes to the music played in store!"

"I had a terrible experience at this store. My friend and I were treated poorly by the staff, who were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. What made it worse was that they were being friendly and attentive to other customers, but for some reason, we were ignored. Even though we made a purchase, we left feeling uncomfortable and undervalued. For a high-end store, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I expected much better customer service and won’t be returning. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place based on how we were treated."
