"Moosa is a thief he is very dishonest in February 2025 my daughter flew to ny in search of a prom dress she found his shop and was fitted for a navy blue custom dress which he said he could make in two days he charged her $500.00 upfront when she went back the garment did not fit she then had three fittings thereafter and the dress was poorly made he said they did not give refunds and refused to give her money back so my daughter left the garment there and flew back to NC she called several times but no refund was given the following month Moosa called stating that he had fixed the dress and we could come and get it I explained that I would come but it would be later in the summer when we could get to Ny again he said ok the next week he calls again and says he has someone who wants to buy the Dress if I’ll sell it I agree he says she’ll pay the same price of 500.00 and he’ll send me the money as of today it’s 8 months and this thief has made no attempt to do the right thing and send something not even $100 a month what kind of a businessman are you ,you have no integrity you have been paid for this dress twice and have not been a man of your word SHAME ON YOU MOOSA"

"Bad quality and customer service. Got a dress tailored for a wedding and it was hemmed too short despite the fact I got it measured twice to ensure the right length. When I complained after they were very rude. This used to be my go to spot in the neighborhood and I have gotten other things tailored here before without issue but there are different tailors/seamstresses working now and the quality has deteriorated."

"I had an absolutely terrible experience at this tailor shop. The workmanship was awful—uneven stitching, sloppy alterations, and they even ruined the fabric on my item. When I pointed out the mistakes, the staff was rude and dismissive, refusing to take any responsibility or offer a refund. The customer service is horrendous they don’t communicate well, miss deadlines, and act like they’re doing you a favor just by speaking to you. Save your time, money, and frustration go anywhere else!"

"Really excellent work on a full zipper replacement for one of my favorite jackets (men's large). Moussa is super nice and communicative, as are all of the staff. Will be returning."
