"Extremely cute clothes-amazing collection! Unfortunately these shoes didn't last a night of dancing! (see photo) I shared on my IG story the disappointing but slightly comical disintegration of my shoes. Giselle wrote a kind response and said to come in for a refund. When I came into the store- less than an hour later, Giselle changed her mind about refunding me and said I should have never shared it on my story and proceeded to kick me out the store with a male friend who was there! I was so embarrassed and felt deeply insulted! I couldn't help but wonder if it was racially charged- would she have treated a white customer with this much hostility?? Why did she change her mind about the refund?? Was I that much of a threat to her?? Was this even legal?? From trauma training, I remained calm and steady as I spoke with her but she kept interrupting and yelling over me as I spoke, calling me a liar. At the end of the day, its not worth my peace."

"My sister and I visited to go to a concert and we decided to spend our next day walking around Brooklyn. We came across this shop and decided to walk in, the lady at the counter was extremely welcoming! All of the clothes are super cute, we ended up talking to her telling her we weren’t from around here and she gave us some destinations of where we could go. Lovely lady and a lovely little shop!"

"Most of my favorite vintage pieces are from Know To Man, I love this store! The selection of clothes is always well curated, from beautiful cocktail dresses to a classic pair of jeans. And also Giselle is such a nice and interesting person ❤️. I definitely recommend this store if you are a fan of fashion or like good quality clothing."

Each and every one of the pieces has been selected with the utmost thoughtfulness and care. The clothes are absolutely adorable, and very reasonably priced. "I started shopping at KTM back in 2008 - this shop always has the best on-trend beautiful vintage clothing. Giselle the owner is the nicest ever so I always love stopping in to chat with her! I don’t know where she finds the clothes, but everything is always super one of a kind and special. ❤️"
