"Kith can't afford customer service? Why can't you speak to anyone on the phone? My order was cancelled after it was confirmed, and now, the item is sold out. Great!"

"Brought a pair of clogs online. Its been 8 business day order still not shipped. Went on to the website to check if my it is still available. Notice they dont have my size anymore. Email customer service to ask for refund. They said "as a courtesy" they will refund back to me. YEAH RIGHT, they back door them to one of their friends."

"This KITH store is a bit smaller than other locations but the selection is pretty much the same in a good way. Was able to come in to look for the shirt my boyfriend was eyeing; friendly staff and security!"

"Ok I have to say, Kith knows how to market there self and Ronnie knows what he’s doing! My kith treats purchase came with the cereal box and its very own Kith sharpie marker. I do have to agree that staff in this location wasn’t as helpful and you can be overlooked. I almost wasn’t able to get my shirt because they didn’t have a way to pay and then Apple Pay wasn’t working for a few and I was asked if I had the app, needless to say I was able to get my shirt after everything."

"Easily accessible store with pretty much all of the tending apparel. I should preface by saying I gave the review 5 starts even though I didn’t actually purchase anything, but I did spend a fair bit do time interacting with employees, looking around, and talking to and watching other shoppers being assisted. As far as sneakers go, the store has anything a modern day shoes enthusiast could be looking for. The store set up is cool too, super clean, great use of glass casing, color coordinated table pieces with entire outfits. The also appeared to, as I’ve heard, have sneakers released on that same day available for purchase in store which is nice for people not looking to wait for shopping after buying something online. Employees were nice enough to ask me if I wanted help shortly after I walked in, and seemed approachable without being smothering. Like I said, I didn’t actually buy anything so my experience doesn’t cover the fill scope of what it would be like to make a purchase but I couldn’t foresee having many of any issues given how smooth the browsing alone was."
