"Key machine at a grocery store: The touch screen is obnoxious. Everything is confusing. So many stupid add-on attempts. I have no idea what is or isn’t in the cart. The keys took so long. I hate that it required me to give my phone number (“for my receipt”) after several minutes of scanning two keys to finish the transaction. I couldn’t opt out. The keys are so sharp looking that I don’t understand how they are supposed to match the keys they are copies of. I’m scared to put them in their respective doors. Never again. I do not recommend. Awful experience."

"The machine at the ShopRite in Hoboken was ok to use, slow, but simple. It made 2 out of 3 keys properly, the third one didn't work at all, but they were all sloppy, full of chips and sharp edges. I can't believe the machine doesn't run over them with a wire brush and wheel. People do a much better job cutting keys."

"Really easy to use the machine & super convenient - it was located inside the grocery store! Keys work perfectly and were ready in minutes."

"Want to start out with I’m well aware that getting locked out of my apartment is no one’s fault but my own but the experience I had fixing the problem was atrocious. I called around 10pm and was in touch with a technician about 10 minutes later. The technician informed me they would be there in 20 minutes which would be around 10:40. After 30 minutes my technician still hadnt arrived and when I contacted customer service they couldn’t give me any updates and said they would get in contact with my technician and “call me right back” and immediately hung up. I had to call 4 different times because I never got a call back. At 11:40 a new technician called me and let me know he would be there in 20 minutes because my original technician went MIA. Finally, the new technician arrived at 12:15, over 2 hours since my first call and charged me $300 to open a standard doorknob lock. I know the typical cost for this is around $150 but clearly I don’t have any other options after midnight so I had to just accept it and pay it. Overall, this was a negative experience with poor customer service, long wait times, lack of communication, and overpriced."

"Fantastic and prompt service. Initial call center rep, Sydney, was delightful and was able to connect us with a local locksmith within minutes. Joel arrived in less than 30 minutes and quickly got us back in to our unit and helped ensure our keys were functioning in the lock. 5-star service all the way around and highly recommend."
