"I found Just Shades in a Google search when I was looking for replacement lampshades for my precious vintage Laurel Lamps. I brought one of the lamps to the store because I was undecided as to what would be the best replacement. Lilly was at the front desk. She took one look at the lamp, walked over to the shelves that held a huge array of lampshades, picked one, put it on my lamp and... it was perfect! She also helped me select new harps and finials, packed up the shades safely, made sure I was aware of the return policy, and I was all set. Thank you, Lilly, for your confidence and expertise that made this experience easy instead of agonizing. My new shades are just perfect."

"This store is a good place to find many shades and all shapes but the service there needs to improve. They do not refund and there was a very rude lady in the dark the second time I went to find another shade."

"I ordered 3 of the Anna Short Drum shades and 2 crystal ball finials. Initially, I was not happy about the price and paying an extra 30 dollars for it to be packed correctly with an easy return procedure. However, I was delighted upon their arrival. The shades were painstakingly packed with wadded up paper in a heavy duty box and arrived damage free. The shades are beautiful and are worth every penny. The finals are elegant and compliment the lamp. I will order again when necessary, worry free."
