"This store is Amazing! I met James Jr. he is the store Electrician and a salesman and he was super helpful and gave me a quick hack to fix the problem with my vintage lamp and some new LED bulbs I had purchased at another store. It worked amazingly and he was just happy to share his knowledge and he didn't even try to sell me anything. No pressure , just kindness. Will return there for my next light bulb needs for sure. Highly Recommend!!!"

"They were extremely helpful and friendly. I got the wrong bulbs twice on Amazon. I found this store in my last ditch effort. They found a seemingly unidentifiable bulb for my wall sconces. Highly recommend!! 5 Stars!"

"Tons of expertise in this shop. Their electrician was able to repair my damaged film enlarger with an extremely niche problem in under an hour, while helping other customers. The service was great even though the shop was really busy--I was impressed by the team's ability to help everyone quickly and efficiently. If you want to linger and shoot the breeze with the manager, this probably isn't the place for you, but if you want your problem solved as fast as possible, I would recommend them for any lighting-related electrical repairs."

"Wow, what a poor experience with Just Bulbs. I paid for my lamp to get fixed, and they returned it dusty, with a scratch, and still broken. When I asked them to please pick up the lamp and re-do the job so that the lamp works correctly, they were going to charge me for pickup. When I asked for the delivery charge to reconsidered (since they didn't fix the lamp the first time), the manager/electrician gave me a healthy dose of attitude, with an extra side of rude. Hard pass on this business--they are certainly not the only lamp repair store in town. (Addendum: After I wrote a review elsewhere, the owner David B. replied with false information about our interaction & repair -- He mentioned something about dimmers, which I don't even have, plus a timeline of repairs that was pure fiction. It's sad when a business owner lies to justify their poor customer service. If a customer wants additional background about this business, simply scroll through other reviews for more information to see for yourself about how they operate. Unfortunately, it seems like I am not the only person who has been treated poorly.)"

"The customer service in this store is exemplary. We brought in a switch that wasn't working and they told us the battery was just corroded and spent 10 minutes scraping off the rust free of charge! I took it back home and it worked perfectly! They were also very knowledgeable about our issues with track lights."
