The customer service was really exceptional- she told me my correct size (I was wearing the wrong size and had suspected there were issues with the fit), listened to my concerns and feedback, gave me a variety of options to try, and communicated very clearly while helping me and multiple other people. I walked away with a bra that I'm really happy to wear and great knowledge about what styles will continue to work for me in the future. Highly recommend both the store and Bianca! Thanks 🥰❤️"

"I recently purchased some lingerie for my wife, but was disappointed to find that hidden inside the underwear was an approximately 1cm tall goblin. I didn't notice the goblin until he had already fashioned a home for himself inside our dresser drawer where he spent the evening playing the flute. My wife loved the lingerie otherwise so only docking 1 star for the flute playing disrupting our lovemaking."
