"It was very hard to find the right place to help my cousin after her breast surgery. We searched everywhere until we found this incredible boutique Jazee Bras, that supports women after mastectomies. Their staff is certified in fitting and caring for women after mastectomy, and their professionalism and compassion truly stood out. The experience was amazing — my cousin walked out not only with what she needed, but with a smile and a renewed sense of hope. We are so grateful."

"I can’t believe the ill experiences some people have had with this store. From day one which has been over 10 years now. I’ve experienced nothing but the highest service of expertise from these ladies.They are all sweethearts that work here. Laura is the best. Thank you for all your help throughout the years♥️"

"The ladies i met here were very cheerful and had great customer service. Unfortunately they seemed more focused on making a sale than helping me find my proper fit. I came in letting them know i wasn't comfortable in my current bra (34i in American sizing) and they proceeded to throw every bra they had at me in hopes that i could find a fit. No measurements, no making sure i had correctly placed the trial bras on my body, nothing. While I did end up making a purchase, i wish more had gone into making sure it fit me properly as I'm now having issues with it a few weeks later and barely having worn it. I also bought a bra that fit in the cup but not the band after being told they had a seamstress that did adjustments. When i called to make an appointment with her, i was told that they don't know her hours and she hardly comes in so i can't make an appointment which was disappointing. I will say that the woman on the phone was not one of the two who helped me in store. Maybe they would've been more helpful."

"The people working here are real thieves . Check your receipt They will rip you off royally . Unsuspecting customers will get distracted and not even realize that they are being charged for items that they never agreed to purchase in the first place. The woman with the long curly hair, Laura is a real snake. She is deceptive and she preys on anyone who seems distracted and will take full advantage of that opportunity. Everything in this store is totally overpriced and is also very poor quality. A lot of their merchandise is defective and some stuff even smells from mildew. Go to Macy's or even Target . At least at those stores you get what you actually purchased and nothing more is added to your receipt"
