"If you are on google maps looking for the place to repair your shoes, stop right here. Bottom line: This is the place to go. Ari did the work on the shoes I brought in and I could not be happier. GIVE THIS SHOP YOUR BUSINESS 1. The craftsmanship is excellent. When I showed my partner her shoes, she was thrilled. It is clear there is real skill here and real CARE, no corners were cut - it was just exceptional work. 2. The level of customer service is above and beyond. Ari called me with a few questions to make sure I got exactly what we wanted. He stayed in touch over text, and informed me when they were ready. Pleasant and professional. 3. The pricing is very fair. Ari suggested some additional work I hadn't brought them in for, but he never pushed. He was offering his knowledgeable opinion, and even gave me a break on the upgrade. I was happy I went with his suggestion. The end result was well worth it. Excellent value."

"I thrifted this gorgeous pair of Italian made boots but they were worn out and the sole was cracked and had mostly split off. After dropping them off with Jacob, they look better than new. He gave them a total renovation. So worth it. These will hold up for the long haul. Thank you!!"

"10/10 customer service and an 11/10 for craftsmanship! Ari was not only VERY attentive when it came to the timeliness for completion, but he rebuilt the heel on my favorite boots and shined them up real nice. I felt very taken care of and am confident in their longevity. I have worn them almost every week since and am eternally grateful for the life restored. They will continue to be my favorite boots!!!! Trust I will 100% be coming back soon with more shoes, and I suggest you do the same."
