While a small store, the product is perfectly curated and the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. "I had to stop by the store for an exchange on an item that was sold out online, and the store’s staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I was first greeted by a woman whose name I didn’t get — I believe she was the manager — she was awesome. She directed to me to Burt who was so helpful and kind. He even called down to the Bond St location to check and hold my item in the right size since this store didn’t it in stock. Jcrew you have a customer for life due to such excellent customer service. Thank you!"

"I was very impressed with the customer service at J.Crew Men’s Shop on the corner of Madison Avenue & 79th Street and. Clare, one of the members of the sales staff assisted me and acted as my personal shopper! With Clare’s assistance, I purchased a few sweaters and slacks as well as ordered more that would be delivered in two or three days. I returned the following day and was greeted by Joseph, who actually remembered me from my previous visit and while I intended to just buy a few pairs of socks, ended up buying another pair of slacks and two more sweaters. What surprised me the most about this store is how helpful and knowledgeable the staff was. They really have a great selection of mens clothing. As I was leaving, I realized I had misplaced my scarf and Elyssa, one of the salespeople, helped me locate it. I noticed that Elyssa had a pin that identified her as a stylist. I was curious and she explained that she was an expert at helping customers match clothing that goes well together. I for one could certainly benefit from her expertise! I’m sure I’ll be returning in the near future! Austin and Saul were also helpful at finding the right sized clothing so I could just keep trying on clothing in one of the dressing rooms."
