"Talk about poor customer service. I walked in to do some browsing. Two store employees looked right at me, did not say hello or ask me if I needed help. Walking further into the store, a third employee looked right at me, no greeting or offer for assistance. I guess JCrew doesn’t want my money and that’s fine! I’ll happily give it to someone else. Will never enter your store again."

"This is by far the best J. Crew location I have been to in the last ten years. The team here is exceptional---particularly, Carlos and Ethan. I was impressed with the quality of customer service, and will definitely be back."

"Just walked away from the store at Columbus Circle and the experience was TERRIBLE. Where were the employees? Guess what? Chatting in a corner… I felt invisible. No one was capable to ask what I was looking for or if I needed help."

"This relatively compact store was crowded with Holiday shoppers. Lots of salespeople who all seemed to be focused on assisting a customer (any customer). One of these helpful folks spent 8-10 minutes looking for a hard-to-find pants size -- for a mark-off item! A sidebar: they sell quality men's shoes at relatively reasonable prices. An excellent stop in the Time-Warner Center."

"Customer Service here is Top Notch. One of the better J Crew shops in NYC. Store is clean and well organised. I’ve wanted these NEW BALANCE X J.CREW since they first released, but glad I got my size at 40% off. Generally these NB X JCREW do not go on sale and then even an extra 40% off at that."
