"The best in New York since the demise of the Bridge Company 20+ years ago. This is a shop dedicated to stocking useful and professional kitchen-related tools and in that regard is much better than Williams-Sonoma, which caters more to decorative stuff and cheaper lines. They also offer a good selection of tools and molds for baking and pastry chefs. It's basically a place for people in the trade and would-be professionals. Their prices are pretty favorable, though for some items there's really no alternative source to compare. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, especially around holiday time."
