"..the owner should get back to me. Your one employee was unbelievably rude when I needed to exchange something. She didn't want to help and said she could not order me something that would actually work for me (the other lady another day told me that too)."

"My mom just bought a body she told the lady which One she wanted from the book they have she goes and graved it and walk to the register while she hands over the money she starts opening the package in front of them and notice is not the same she asked for ... she is right in front of the register and she asks for the correct one and she says we have no more that is all we have so then my mom asks for her money back and the lady refuses to do a refund like really if you don’t have what she ask for and she has not left the store plus she is right in front of you on top of that you knew you had no more and kept it quiet and brought a different one while you are putting the money away and you have the nerves to say that you can’t give the money back is your fault for giving the incorrect one and you should make up for it no wonder why it was so empty my mom said."
