"I don't have my sofa yet, but I loved my experience working with Interior Define. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the staff were friendly and helpful, dropping what they were doing to assist, without being too sales-y or pushy. They took notes about my preferences and emailed me a recap so that I could think about it and continue with the purchase on my own time when ready. The pieces themselves are stylish AND comfortable and I appreciate all the 'extras' — the three different types of cushion, the variety of fabrics and colors, lengths, depths, etc. I can't WAIT to get my couch in my new home!"

"I decided to check out Interior Define after seeing my neighbor’s two couches. I set up a virtual design consultation with Anastasia in June. This appointment was followed up with two visits to the SoHo location to see the fabrics and try out multiple types of cushions(went with the down alternative). Anastasia was amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, responsive on email/voicemail and great with deign drafting and advice. I will follow-up with product reviews when I receive my living room and den pieces: 4 Tegan swivel chairs, James chaise sectional, Marshall swivel and Fiona ottoman. 🤞the products will live up to the exceptional service I have received working with Anastasia."

"We ordered the James couch in Marigold after admiring it for years. The moment I saw it in the store, I couldn’t get it out of my head. I’ve never come across another store that offers so many customization options with fabrics I loved. We worked with Melissa, who was wonderfully honest in her advice about fills and depths—something I truly appreciated. There was never any pressure to make a quick decision, and she patiently answered all of our questions, even after our store visit. Our couch arrived well within the promised delivery window, and the setup process was completely seamless thanks to their excellent service team. The piece is everything I hoped it would be and more. My only regret is not ordering another piece at the same time to complement it!"

"We've had our Interior Define couch for a month, and I'm very happy with it. We got the Gaby sectional with alternative down filling. The color is beautiful, the size is great, and it's very comfortable. We visited the Soho showroom, which I definitely recommend. While the Gaby was not there, we were able to sit on the different cushions and see different fabrics on actual chairs and couches. I was happy that Interior Define offered down alternative as I try to avoid purchasing animal products. I wanted to leave this review because I was a little nervous given the company's history, but everything worked out great. Shipping was on time and I received email updates throughout the production process."
