"HOW IS THIS STILL OPEN??? Was waiting patiently for my turn to get helped for what was 45 minutes. Some random person walks in and right away cuts the line and gets taken an ahead of me. When I complained, I was initially ignored and then was put in another waiting room to shut me up while they were taking care of MS IMPORTANT. just trash customer service. And to top it off. When they finally decided to look my way I wasn’t given many options. I was desperate for merchandise so I chose one. They gave me a flimsy paper bag as opposed to fancier ones saved for the more “important customers “ Do yourself a favor. Don’t bother with this obnoxious customer service. What? Figure out Thank you"

"Small and cramped up place with a huge selection of great lingerie and personal fitting for each customer. The owner is excellent in finding you the right fit and size, will do free alterations. Prices are better than in department stores. Women only! If you need a perfect bra that fits, this is a place for you. If you're looking for cheap, bright lace, go to Victoria Secret."

"Both times I entered the store I had a bad experience. I gave it a second chance after the mother of the owner was extremely rude to us the first time. The second time the owner completely ignored that I had an appointment with her. She continued helping an “important” customer for the entire time I was there and never helped me and she didn’t apologize or acknowledge that I had an appointment with her. When I confronted her about he appointment she said that she was busy with her previous appointment and that all the people that work there are good. If the store owner cannot show respect to all customers then there is an issue!! At least apologize and ask if I minded seeing someone else. Don’t just ignore that I have an appointment."

"Bad service, only 3 fitting rooms, small crowded place. All that would've been made up for had they had a variety of good quality bras- which they of course didn't. I got fitted after waiting 20 minutes in the store. They found my size and asked me what kind of bra I wanted, I explained to them what kind I wanted and the lady returned 6 minutes later with the exact opposite of what I asked for. I explained it to her again and she returned with 2 more bras for me to try on. I tried them both on and neither looked good on me. Then I asked if I could look around the store for the kind I wanted and she shrugged her shoulders and said, "That's all we got." I went out and looked around the store, sure enough they have 3 kinds of bras in the whole store. The fitting ladies were talking about their customers in a different language right in front of them. The main lady there was yelling at her mother the whole time. Overall horrible experience, definitely won't be coming back here and don't recommend to anyone."

"Just walked in 10 minutes before they closed and was rudely told by the store owner that unless I am picking something up they are closed. Way to greet a new customer, genius. Not only did you lose a customer but I'm going to be sure to tell everyone NOT to patronize your business because of how rude your customer service is (and I use the word service very loosely here). P.S. just walked down the street to your competitor near Kings Highway and bought $200 from them. Good luck with your "business.""
