"I have been a customer for 10 yrs+ (way back when they used to give you your measurements and not hide it), this past Friday 12/05/25 I took my dad to the Madison Ave store to get fitted for a suit for my upcoming wedding. I flew from NC to NYC specifically to bring him there since he lives there still. What a mistake that was. We arrived, and I told the Asian woman what we came there for. She kept telling me that in order to measure him, she has to link his measurements to a fabric. Unbeknownst to her, this was not my first time, in fact, few weeks before that, I had mine taken in Durham, NC and ordered my suit many weeks later WITHOUT having my measurements linked to a fabric. After many back and forth, she reluctantly measured him over his jeans and jacket! Freaking kidding me? When I had my measurements done in Durham, Corey made me change into suit pants, vest and jackets. Asked me how I like my sleeves, where I like to wear my pants, how fitted I like my suits etc... this woman did none of that. What a freaking shame. Today, I am sitting here and thinking why was she like that to us. Was it the accent, the skin color or her own biases? Unfortunately, I ordered my suit already, but rest assured this company is not worthy of my money, nor my dad's anymore."

"I made a huge mistake of ordering 2 custom suits (two-piece and three-piece) here. Even after 2 alterations (maximum allowed), only a vest fits okay. It probably would have been better to do alterations elsewhere after receiving an order (which was big all over) as the staff (I dealt with two) at Madison location have no idea how to take proper measurements, do not listen to client's request and have no clue why the garment sits the way it does and how to fix it for a proper fit. I am still to see if I can fix the pants elsewhere. I will only be able to wear burgundy blazer unbuttoned; otherwise, the button pulls half of it and creates bulging and wrinkles. For the black blazer to work, I had to remove all buttons and just use one button that I had to resow (otherwise, the ends are uneven, bulging in the back and flaps sticking out in the back). The fact they are not even able to do sleeve buttons in a straight line just shows the level of "craftsmanship" of this place. Fabric on a final garment feels different than what they have in store - looks cheap, super static, and everything just clings to it. The only thing that's nice on the suits is the lining on the blazers. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Complete waste of money!"

"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, please go to a mom and pop suit maker and pay for a custom suit. Ordered my suit which was $1200 here over 2 weeks ago and still no shipping update my wedding is in 10 days and I am stressed! Lady who took my measurements the day I was there didn’t have a clue how to measure for a suit and told me “don’t worry you can always make alterations”. Unbelievable."

"Came for the suits, STAYED FOR SKY! Don’t buy a suit in NYC from anyone else. Sky wasn’t pushy at all lie so many sales rep. Sky was SUPER knowledgeable and professional. Sky got a sense of my style and helped me refine it. They were honest about pricing and timing of delivery. Measurements with Sky were easy. Important to know that they ONLY make custom suits so you can’t try on anything from the rack. Lots of details to decide - fabric of outside and inside, monogram options are included for inside the jacket pocket, collar types, waist types etc etc. Be prepared to make a lot of decisions!"
