"Gabe was great! Answered all of my questions and eased my anxiety as this is my first tailored suit and it’s for my own wedding. I appreciated his feedback and support throughout the entire process. I landed on a great color for my suit with a fun swatch. 5 stars :) Great team and appreciated the care and time that went into the processed. Never felt rushed or glossed over."

"One-stop premium tailoring custom made suit shop. After placing an appointment, you get about an hour long appointment with a stylist & then you get to choose the fabric, design, engraving and fitting preference. It makes you feel valuable. My experience with Indochino at the SoHo showroom was exceptionally good. I had less than 3 weeks on my hand for my wedding & I wanted a "Tommy Shelby" style suit from the series Peaky Blinders. My stylist replicated it to the best of his capabilities. I am very pleased with the overall experience. 10/10 for premium luxury service, delivery speed & quality of product. I was in a rush which is why I didn't think of any budget, but just for context, it is a very pricey place. My 3-pience suit with tie, and a shirt costed me $1,460+ but that's fine for a once-in-a lifetime event such as wedding. Thanks Indochino for making my wedding day very memorable. I got exactly what I wanted on my big day & some pictures that I can cherish forever!"

"My experience at Indocino was exceptional. Uzman (I apologize if I'm spelling your name improperly) was the consummate professional. I was really nervous buying a suit before—off the rack suits for women typically follow a very specific body type and style. And very few "made to measure" locations offer and affordable product, or seem to ever have had a woman in the store before. Not only was Uzman fantastic at the measurements and tailoring, but he helped me articulate what it is that I was looking for, and turn it into a reality. He helped me create the vision for my suit. From color, to cut, to individual details, he gave great advice without pushing any certain style on me, built trust, and helped talk me through the whole process. And I ended up with a magnificent suit that I absolutely love. I bought it specifically to be in a friend's wedding, and got countless complements on the look. More than that, for the first time, I felt truly confident in a suit that was made for MY body, not just the idea of a woman's body, or an ill fitting men's suit that doesn't meet my needs. I will absolutely be going back to Indocino for another suit. I cannot recommend it enough, especially for women who are looking for something that really suits their style."

"Bought 2 suits for their special under 1k May 2023. These were my first suits and I am disappointed at the quality and endurance. These suits were dry cleaned on a weekly basis and only worn to office settings so no extraneous activity. At first, the first “tailored” fit was off, had to do 2 more appointments and even towards the end I gave up and thought they were “good enough” but they never fit as they could. First tear was May 2024 almost 1 year later to the date of purchase around the wallet/key area , understand since friction might have sped this process up. A bit after this the back pocket area in the pants and random holes around the quad area. I have attached pictures because the pants continued to break in random parts where no apparent friction occurred. The dry cleaning place patched the holes as best as they could sometimes slightly noticeable sometimes not but it worked I don’t need to impress anyone. Ultimately and towards the end, I’m realizing how ridiculous it is to buy expensive 500$ a pop to have to spend 20$ a patch to try and maintain them for more than a year. I have found better suits and quality (that’s not see through ) in the clearance section at Macys or Zara. Not worth the money or experience. 1st review I publish since I feel this might be helpful for people looking to find work suits. If it’s for a wedding or one time wear probably best since you will use it once and done, but go with months in advance since you will have to continue to go back a few times to get your final fit."

"I would highly recommend Indochino for your custom suit needs. Store manager Usmaan was AMAZING!!! His knowledge base, customer service skills are exceptional! He not only managed to provide phenomenal service to us while measuring and preparing everything for my cousins big day, he still provided assistance to his other associates and customers as needed. This was the exact energy we were hoping for with this experience! He made this a seamless process! I will be coming back to purchase a custom suit for myself and will recommend everyone I know!!!!!"
