"I’ve been delaying this review but my phone is just not functional. I went in one day to get a quote, came back the next day because I was nearby and had time and they tried to give me a higher price… we settled on their original quote. Ultimately, the wrong move was made— do NOT rush or potentially compromise something you rely on as heavily as your phone. Sure the back of my phone was no longer cracked, but the experience was not good. Took almost double the amount of time quoted. Called after allotted time, told the color was out of stock (but they knew my color the day before and drop off…) and I waited almost another hour… for my original blue color… that they suddenly had. When I got there, the back of my phone was a completely different color and I had to walk out with rubber bands on my phone. One thing I will mention is that they replaced my front screen protector but not without me asking and having to debate payment. My cameras are not recognized by apple, my tap to pay doesn’t work and, even though it was the sole reason I got my screen fixed, I am not eligible for the upgrade I so badly needed due to the condition of my phone. I’m really not sure what went wrong but I should’ve known before I left my phone with them for hours. Unfortunate if I’m one of the unlucky ones because there are good reviews but I cannot recommend this place based on my experience and would love to have had a warning like this before I went."

"My son dropped my phone in water and 24 hours later, it stopped working. While these guys could not fix it, they tried really hard, keeping me informed of what they were trying every step of the way, and with a price quote. When I wound up getting a new phone because the processor was ruined, they were more than fair about the price, especially given how much work they put in. I'll absolutely go back here to get a phone case and screen protector for my new phone."

"I went in to get a phone repaired that wasn't charging because of water damage. When I picked it up, I asked to see it charge, and it didn't. Thus began a week-long saga. They did a hasty repair, and the charging worked again. After an hour of bringing it home, it stopped working. Brought it back the next day, and the next, and the next. Same deal. Hasty repair, an hour of functionality and then nothing. After the third day, the phone got so hot while charging, it left a scorch mark on my table, then bricked. I brought the phone back every day, and once, twice in one day. After the fifth day, they advised an additional repair (and cost) to keep it working, and I was done. An hour later, my phone stopped working, because of course it did, so I bought a new phone. Maybe they are great at other repairs, but not this one."

"We all know laptop repair stores can be tricky to choose. Some steal, some price high, some unprofessional. This iFix helped me to dry my watered laptop with a reasonable price. A great experience here!"

"Very satisfied Top notch customer service -polite, great communication, answered all questions I had; informed me via text with my order number and then once the job was finished. Highly professional technician fixed my son’s MacBook Air within 2 hours, (cracked screen replacement); MacBook looks like new, cost was 40% less than @Genius bar and timing was absolutely unbeatable -2 hours vs 3-5 business days @apple store.
