"I placed a rush order of 20 t-shirts just 4 days before my event. On the day I received the items, I was informed that there were washable stains around the hem and neck — something that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Also, I was uncomfortable when a staff member said I got a "South Asian discount" and mentioned charging white customers more. Comments like this are racially insensitive and unprofessional. When I raised the issue, I was told it was “common knowledge and it’s fine because it’s washable .” According to their policy, a full refund was only possible if all items were returned, and partial refunds were not offered. Since I urgently needed the shirts, I kept them and had to wash and dry all 20 myself. I now also have to inform my customers that each shirt was pre-washed once before being sold as part of my event merchandise. The staff was generally polite, but once I started raising concerns, the tone of the phone conversation changed, and the representative began raising their voice — which was disappointing. If customer service and communication policies were improved, the overall experience could have been much better."

"I can’t say enough great things about this printing company! I was in a serious time crunch and needed a vinyl banner printed the same day. Not only did they come through—they had it ready within two hours of my request. The quality of the banner was outstanding, and the customer service was top-notch. Mohammed was especially amazing—he was so nice and patient, even with my many change requests. Friendly, professional, and incredibly fast. If you need speedy printing without sacrificing quality, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!"

"Mohammed, the owner of Ideal Printing; has been nothing but exceptional at his job. We have been looking for locations that offer customized ID badges and stickers and Mohammed had confirmed that he has the knowledge and experience to get it done professionally. He truly delivered on his expertise when it came to IDs, what materials are best used for ID, what’s better for color, sizes and even gave very specific thoughtful input on how to make the IDs and stickers stand out more. Such a positive experience and did everything right in front of us to ensure quality and to fulfill our expectations.
