"My husband and I came here when we were renovating our kitchen and bathroom. We walked in completely lost and did not know where to start. They made the process very easy and the quality of the options and designs were excellent. We outfitted our entire spa bathroom and got all of our kitchen hardware. "I just wanted to take the time to say that my experience with Home and Stone and the personnel that work there has been a very positive one. I recently made a sizable order to redo two bathrooms in my home. Dave in sales, over the phone helped me maneuver through the website and we were able to put together some out of this world bathrooms. First of all the products are outstanding in quality. I couldn't be more happy with them. Well maybe if someone else paid for them but aside from that, its all good. Again, I need to address Daves help in this. He was really knowledgeable and positive and non condescending with my obvious lack of knowledge in the area of bathroom design. There were tons of doodads and gizmos needed to finish the project and everything was ordered perfectly. That never happens. Anyway, I did run into a couple of snaphews and Sol in customer service must be Daves clone because he did everything he could do to make me a happy customer. --and I am. I have to say I own a factory that has over 400 employees so I know what makes a company successful. Employees who care and are dedicated.
