"I don't recommend Hello Wireless because I was charged twice for the service, and when I disputed the charges with my credit card, he claimed to have done two different things on my phone. A very skilled person with cellphones, no doubt, but also dishonest. Thank you for your reply. I never asked for the battery to be replaced, and my phone still now has the original battery. Not surprised you will still claim you did two things to my phone given the honesty you have shown. I would not have paid $200 to keep an old phone going. Would have bought a new one. I wish I had."
