"The cobbler was incredibly efficient and accommodating for three pairs of my size 39 ballerinas (I'm a size 38) custom-fitted for comfort He was able to add cushions on the spot, making them fit perfectly. As a bonus, he applied a complimentary water seal to all my shoes, despite them being different materials ( 2 leather, and 1 suede). I also mentioned that I tend to "walk like an elephant," causing wear and tear on my heels. He suggested adding rubber tabs to match the existing heel, which he applied to all three pairs. The final result was fantastic: all three pairs now have rubber tabs, two received arch support, and one got an ankle cushion. The total cost was $47. I paid $60 cash and received $5 back with no receipt and no discussion about a cash discount or tip. Even so, the quality of service and the extra touches made it well worth the price. Guess, nothing in life is free!"

"I brought in a pair of 3 year old leather boots. Light + deep scratches, leather looked dull and some weird gray discoloration on the side. They cleaned them up so nicely! Some of the scratches are still there, which I would expect, but the leather looks so much healthier and the weird gray patch is gone. Would highly recommend and will be back."

"They did a great job with some boots of mine and took a lot of care to make sure the fit and feel was perfect. Not only that but after I picked them up, I discovered a different issue unrelated to the work they had done, and they offered to fix it for free. Very happy I picked Hector’s and I will be going back"
