"I have probably the worst online shopping experience with this company in recent years. They don’t ship your order. I purchased a dress on Bloomingdale’s and it’s been two weeks and still no shipment or any status update. When I contacted Bloomingdale’s they said for this brand the merchant is processing and shipping the item directly so I need to contact the merchant, which I did. Nothing is resolved. First they said the store has a different online database than the Bloomingdale’s. But then a second customer service person told me he was able to find my order and will escalate the matter. It’s been a few days since then and there is no response. I then asked if they can just cancel my order - not helping me with that either. So they just keep your money without shipping anything to you."

"We love Hatch! Cinnamon roll pancakes are incredible! Aiden , our server, is awesome ! He has been our server the last 4x. We always have a great experience and he always makes sure that we are happy and taken care of. He is cheerful and it is clear that he enjoys working with people :)"

"The best customer service I have ever come across. I will never forget how Nelly made me feel and her kindness. I LOVE the quality of Hatch clothing- it’s incomparable. I recommend their Pajamas to everyone, pregnant or not! I’m 3 months postpartum visiting family for the holidays and I get so many compliments on my Hatch PJ’s! I get the price tag can give you pause, but they’re worth every penny."

"Love the clothes and can often get a lot of use postpartum with many styles. The two women working in the shop were helpful and welcoming when I stopped by. I also frequently buy from their site often. I dropped my rating one star because the partnership they have chosen for shipping services is not up to modern day standards and should be re-evaluated. Speedy delivery is an expectation of a luxury brand like this. They don't offer free shipping and the wait time is generally close to two weeks before the package arrives, even though it's via FedEx. When you're pregnant and trying to feel confident in your clothes despite all the changes happening, the last thing you want is to re-wear your ill fitting clothes."
