"Hästens is next-level sleep quality. We had our first Hästens for 18 years and recently upgraded to a new one. It’s better than any luxury hotel bed. This isn’t just a bed. It changes your life. Expensive yes. But every evening your body is in total comfort. I was never a great sleeper until I discovered Hästens. Hard to even put a value on this Swedish masterpiece. Mikael at Madison Ave location got us all taken care of to perfection. What would I bring to a desert island? Just the Hästens."

What struck me was his empathy and caring approach. It is always easy when an order has no snags.
