"I truly LOVE THIS STORE...and I understand the prices as it is located on a very busy street and the rent must be high. However, the hours are NEVER consistent! I am in and out of town a lot for work. If I am planning my purchases on your store hours how can I buy anything? How can you make money? The items in store are more extensive than on the website which is why I prefer to go to the store! Please figure out the store hours and stick with it. Or, take the hours down from your window. PLEASE!! I don't have the time to waste walking to the shop only to learn it's closed when it supposed to be open. Figure it out."

"I love this store and I love what they stand for. But the reason behind the two stars is simply the quality of the clothing that is being sold for $80 - $100 plus dollars is extremely cheap and for those prices when I purchase some thing I shouldn’t have fuzzball‘s on it after one wear, when I put it my clothes in the cleaners and they stretch and don’t go back to the original shape I’m sorry I’m paying 100+ dollars for a shirt that can only be worn maybe twice is not COOL! Does anyone else have this issue?"

"I specifically came into Harlem to shop here and was not disappointed. The staff was most accommodating and eager to help my teenage son with modern day swag. The young man that helped us was awesome. Much respect from a Detroit native son, and I’ll see you when I return!! People love our Harlem Underground gear!!!"
