"I live near this place. Bought a king-sized bed from them once. I Walk past the place almost every day. Inside is very attractive and tempting - to just go to sit and enjoy the ambiance. It is a grand showpiece in the neighborhood. Makes the whole neighborhood classier."

"Solid wood pieces, no particleboard junk. The owner helped me pick a dining table that fits my tiny apartment but seats six when needed. Delivery guys were careful with my stairs, and assembly was straightforward. More expensive than IKEA, but it’ll last decades."

"Anyone is looking for the best furniture salesman in New York City, look no further then in “Harlem Furniture”. “Harlem Furniture” was founded two decades ago, my father “Ishmael” helped grow this business throughout two decades to what it is today and generate revenue for his boss “Sam” business. The catch phrase for “Deal or No Deal” was originally founded by my father “Ismael Nieves” SR in the 2000s. Other furniture business stolen that catch phrase from my dad, and never gave him his rightful credit. My father is a professional salesman at what he does and is a man of God and was saved through the blood of Jesus Christ years ago, hallelujah, Amen. A very few comments that was made about my father were false, of how he conducted doing business. Because, if you knew my father, you would know that he is an honest, trustworthy and reasonable salesman. Also, to all the negative comments about this furniture store, majority of it is not genuine. Some of the comments was dishonest, and others comments weren’t accurate. It’s an unfortunate, situation. Yes, can sometimes mistakes happens? Of course. That is why that this Furniture Store business will work to resolve any issues with the deliveries & furniture. The fact of the matter is that, sometimes there are people that aren’t satisfied with how things are handled properly, or certain prices with the cost of something. Things of that sort and then they got a serious issue and problem with something and instead of trying to fix things they just have an attitude problem. Or start getting upset with the sales person. Instead of trying to resolve the situation. At the end of the day, we can’t satisfy some people but all that we can do is improve in how we do business, and change the structure way of doing things that are not in our best interest, but for the company. Hopefully, moving forward that this Furniture Business always continues to strive because the community should always support their local small or middle business. We don’t ever want to lose our small or middle businesses, because it’s better to have options on where to go to buy your stuff instead of always having to go for big competitive businesses."

"Bad business. 😡 I clearly explained my situation to them and Told them my budget. Told them I needed a boxspring and a Bed frame Made first payment went back for them to tell me oh I didn’t pay for the boxspring as well so they tried to get me for more money. We came to an agreement then when I went back, they’re telling me it’s gonna take till next week Thursday to make a delivery. Truly disappointed and upset and told them they need to tell people this before that it will take about a week to receive your delivery and then make The customer decide whether or not to go through with this deal."
