"I've been coming to Gramercy Dry Cleaning for quite some time, and they consistently do excellent work. Recently, I was in an needed a jacket and pants tailored very quickly for my wedding rehearsal dinner. They went above and beyond to accommodate my deadline, turning everything around in record time—and the tailoring looked fantastic. The team is always professional, timely, and reliable. "NOT RECOMMENDED! I dropped my wedding dress there for a press and they told me I will get it by Friday (the day before my wedding). When I came to pick it up they said they couldn’t do it and never gave me a reason or called, just waited for me to come take it. When I came home and opened the bag the dress was completely wrinkled and squashed from them putting it in between other hangars and not taking care of it at all. They were not understanding and didn’t even apologize."

"Needed a single-layer floor length gown with a wide skirt hemmed for a wedding in a month. They were super quick and did it in less than 2 weeks for a super reasonable price ($40). From what I’ve seen, this is the best price you can get in the area. When they were done, I noticed a small stain and also decided to make it shorter than I originally asked for. She got the stain out and the dress shortened by the next day at no additional cost. Super professional and quick. The owner was very helpful, kind, and very willing to re-adjust according to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend!"

"The owners are friendly. Dry cleaning and alterations are well priced. I wanted to make this my go to spot. But the finishes for the dress alterations had loose threads and messy stitching. The hemming for pants were fine."
