"Know that their base service cost is 165$. I called them and asked how much they'd cost and they said it was impossible to give an estimate and that they would give me one on site. Then they came half an hour later than they told me they would. Then the on site guy told me it depends when I asked for an estimate. He finished the job and then told me the base cost was 165 so it'd be a "clean 200". That's scam behaviour since they must have known what their base service fee was ahead of time. Not to even speak of him saying even if he could remove the broken key he couldn't pick the lock, so he just cut it (bc that's faster)."
