"Fabulous repair of my 20+ year old jacket. Was super worn out — my husband thought it was actually a brown jacket — they couldn’t fix the places were the leather was already damaged on the cuff but got the color uniform again and jacket overall looks great !!! Also fixed my zipper :)"

"I really should’ve taken before and after photos of my shoes, but regardless, I completely trust Giovanni with any and all shoe repairs. I’ve brought in many shoes that included pumps, leather and suede boots, and leather sandals that required some much needed TLC and rubber soles. Although the turnaround may be up to a week, it’s well worth the wait. My shoes have always been returned to me looking refreshed and even practically new. They are amazing and I don’t go anywhere else—I make the trek from Brooklyn to UES so believe me, they’re worth it."

"I needed to revive one of my favorites Louboutin for an event. After reading some reviews. I decided to trust Giovanni Shoe Repair. It was a great decision. The location is accessible, the staff friendly and my shoes are looking fantastic. I dropped the shoes on Friday and picked them up Monday. Cost - $60."

"They did an AMAZING repair of my partners leather jacket!!!! You cannot even tell that the leather was torn! The rate of 30- was extremely reasonable considering the excellent job and that they completed it next day! Edith and Luis couldn't have been nicer or more helpful too. They are my new go-to on the UWS for leather and shoe maintenance."
