"The easiest and fastest repair experience of my life. I had a pair of very nice heels that needed the heel caps replaced for same day turn around. I arrived at 10am and was in and out in under two minutes. $10! Cannot recommend more."

"I am so so grateful for this shop! They did an excellent job fixing and polishing my boots. The rubber on the bottom of my heels had come off and they fixed them right up! I then told my boyfriend to bring his thrifted loafers for a polish and they are now so shiny and look truly like they have been brought back to life. They are fairly priced and work incredibly quickly. Will absolutely be coming back!"

"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! They did an excellent job on my extremely worn tabi ballet flats, charged LESS THAN HALF of what another cobbler was asking and were finished the same day! i cannot believe the amazing quality and customer service!! will be coming back for sure! the heels feel nicely reinforced while the sleek silhouette of the shoe was maintained, walking in them is so much more comfortable now! thank you so much!"

"excellent job! i got two pairs of MMM tabis fixed, the attached black flats + boots. The black flats were more beat up and basically so flat. they redid the soles + maintained the curved heel (i asked for a slight raise on the heel for comfort). If you were anxious about repairing a special tabi, this place does a good job! just make sure to stipulate ur preferences. be mindful, they observe holidays! edit june 2025: had to come and and update this review because i am shocked at how great my beat up guidis look. theyre magicians over there!"
