"Highly disappointed in what should be a luxury experience. My family has been a Frette customer for years. I ordered a robe to be monogrammed as a gift and was guaranteed delivery by Monday. The outsourced monogrammed shop apparently had it ready but didn't deliver. I had to show up to a work dinner without a gift which is both unprofessional and embarrassing. Was told it would be delivered the following day. I then had to follow up myself as it was EOD and still didn't have a robe. Was told it would be 20-30min and an hour later had to follow up again. Wasn't able to get it that Tuesday night because I had to leave for an event. Received the robe today, Wednesday, with no communication from the store. Not once have I been offered to be refunded for monogramming which is the least they could do or heard from the store manager to right the wrong. Unacceptable."

"Customer service simply not commensurate with expense and quality of products. Expensive package was stolen after UPS did not follow delivery instructions. Sought replacement. Company gave run around after run around - customer service rep Margie refused to elevate my call, gate keeping company contact info for manager."

"The customer service is second to none and so are the linens! The quality speaks for itself, and the selection is amazing. I had to get a present for my niece and she absolutely loved her bedding."
